Program includes:

Discovery and Tailoring Phase: You will fill out an assessment and have a one hour interview with Tracy where she will get to know more about you and learn what you would like to achieve while working together.   The assessment and interview will help Tracy establish a foundation for you as a new client and help you both work together to customize and tailor your coaching program.  

Tailored Coaching Program Implementation Phase: This phase is the application of your customized coaching program and includes coaching phone time with Tracy and/or analysis work time completed by Tracy totaling 12 hours in the cadence that best fits your needs. Together you and Tracy will work to improve your self-knowledge, enhance your leadership foundations and develop strong leadership strategies.
